I am very proud of our family run real estate agency that I started over 40 years ago to serve the Racine, Mt. Pleasant, Sturtevant, Raymond, Union Grove & Kenosha areas. I am a graduate of the Realtors Institute and hold the Special Designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and was awarded Emeritus Status by the Council of Residential Specialists & GRI Designation. Recently, I was awarded the status of Realtor Emeritus from the National Association of Realtors.  Also, I am a Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Wisconsin and a Department of Commerce Rental Weatherization Inspector. I have been a member of the Racine Board of Realtors since 1970 and served as President of the organization from 1994-95. I have also served on every Racine Board of Realtors committee over the years and was on the Board of Directors in various positions.

In addition, I have also been very active in the Wisconsin Association of Realtors Board on the Equal Opportunity Committee. I also received the Individual Fair Housing Award for the State of Wisconsin from the Wisconsin Fair Housing Network. And, I was the Founder of the Racine Housing Coalition. I have also been a member of Johnson’s Bank Committee for First Home Buyers and a member of other various community organizations. In 1997, I received the Realtor of the Year Award as well as a Special Recognition Award. Throughout my career, I have endeavored to make “home ownership” more available & affordable to all. I strive to meet the needs of my customers & clients with my natural understanding of people, my drive to help others, my boundless energy, enthusiasm & professionalism.

I have lived in Racine my entire life and love this community!! I’ve worked for Modesti Realty Inc our family business going on 17 years now and I’ve enjoyed working with many different people.
